RJ Howard brings to the table 15 plus years of culinary experience. He has been Chef/Owner of restaurants along with a catering company. In addition, he has taught culinary arts classes in the Indiana department of corrections as well as served as spokesperson for the Indiana Pork Producers. He has participated in various food demonstrations and discussions and has done previous restaurant consulting projects as well.
"I want to bring my years of experience to those who are new to the industry or have been in the industry for sometime, but have had struggles in their business. I've experienced the highs and lows over the years and want to help others navigate those ups and downs to come out stronger and be in the industry for the long haul."
